statement by the doodler

i like this little rain man. he seems to be bursting (like champagne bubbles!) with excitement. the way i've cropped the doodle, the scribbled words 'self-governance' have become 'elf-governance'... maybe that's what our little rain man is so excited about? a new form of governance!
